Injection moulding

At Dajo, we produce supporting and spacer blocks from virgin quality plastic, which are hardwearing and dimensionally stable, by injection moulding these in large quantities. These little blocks are commonly used as glazing blocks and are colour coded to distinguish between various available dimensions easily. They have excellent load bearing properties and are resistant to plasticizer migration from glazing sealants.

Tunnels and ribs in the glazing blocks further improve the ease of positioning, allow for better ventilation, increased strength with lower energy consumption for the most economical solution. Dimensional stability is guaranteed over a wide temperature range, regardless of humidity.

Similarly, shim blocks and wedges can be used for alignment and equalisation purposes for studs, setting kitchen or bathroom equipment, window frames, etc. Besides, Dajo produces high strength glazing shovels lifting wedges, used for easier glazing procedures and we injection mould other customer specific products such as packing shims, Euroklicks and wedges.
